alicia emailed me way back in february of last year, over a year before her wedding date. i guess you could say she’s a planner. i met with her and her mom for coffee out in the burbs of chicago and it was refreshing over a year ago to have a bride that knew exactly what she wanted eons in advance. by the time their wedding day rolled around, i felt like i had known the couple forever and it added that much more to their wedding day as a whole.
i had been mentally preparing myself that whole week for the record-breaking heat we were going to have on their wedding day. the day finally came, and while it was blazing outside, the day went off without a hitch. the anticipation and the down-to-earth guests of the day helped in making it the most amazing celebration for alicia & nick.
these two are dear clients of mine for choosing me so far in advance and putting their faith in me for the past year plus. thank you both from the bottom of my heart for welcoming into your families that day. loved shooting every bit of your day and all my best in your adventures to come!
