my first weekend in the off season was delightful. i took advantage of some much needed relaxation and also took advantage of the rare november sun here in seattle. we’ve had a string of beautifully sunny days this past week and i’ve heard that almost never happens in november. billy and i took a day trip out to deception pass and whidbey island to explore a bit. so very glad we did. and so very glad to have had some rest mixed with adventure this past weekend.
we even started early on some holiday decorating. earlier than my usual start to holiday decorating but i was ok with it this year. it’s beginning to look a lot like christmas around here.
