my hope for every photographer is that they have a few ( if not many, obviously) solid fans. the ones that follow everything you do, encourage you often, and always always look for opportunities to work with you, for all life events.
brittany & andrew are a couple of my solid fans. and i couldn’t be more thankful for them. i’m not over in the virginia area often, but when i am, i usually tell britt and she packs her bags, coordinates all the outfits, and comes to wherever i am in the virginia/dc/maryland area. i did brittany’s “trash the dress” photos and her & andrew’s 1 year anniversary photos. that’s when they first told me they were pregnant and we joked about me coming back to do a maternity session. well we made that happen. and only dreamed about me someday doing a family session with their little girl someday. we made that happen too. and each time, we have an incredible time, and i walk away with some of my favorite images of all time.
when you have people that believe in your craft that much, that make every effort to support you, and who love what you do as much as you do – you make it happen for them.
