sometimes it’s just fate between a couple and myself. and we meet a few times before actually getting to shoot together and that whole time i’m just waiting for the next time i get to see them. because of who they are as a couple but also because of the relationship i find myself building with them on the journey to their wedding day. we become friends and the distance between them and me behind a camera isn’t really a factor that much. it becomes a fluid dance and when that happens, it shows. the images that come from it are radiant and full-bodied. sarah and jack are one of those couples for me. and we made some pretty pictures together. what a love they have. what true joy they bring out in each other. i’m falling over myself about shooting their wedding next spring.
