there’s something so apparent about a love that’s made it. made it through a move together on nothing but a leap of faith and a few dollars in their pockets. a love that’s seen a lot of change and compromise for both individuals and is stronger for it. it’s happier for it. a matured love shared between a couple that knows each other inside and out sets the stage for a glorious shoot, where i barely have to say anything, and they’ll just do what they do, and i’ll just shoot it. and listen to the story of how they came to be the couple they are.
these two recently got engaged in chicago and they asked to head back to the place he popped the question for their shoot today. fresh snow made for a beautiful backdrop. they’ll be getting hitched next summer in new hampshire where i’m from too, which is one of the many reasons why i love them so much. just one reason. here’s a couple more…
